TERMS OF SALE FOR CONSUMERS
Shipment into the UK (excl. Northern Ireland)
We are based in the Netherlands and ship into the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Within the planting season we prepare a regular shipment into the UK to a customs Point of Destination. From thereon, once released by customs, your parcel will be forwarded immediately to a top-notch parcel service and arrive at your doorstep in 1 to a few days. Total estimated transit time from Holland to your doorstep is approx 1 week from sending batch shipment. We will keep you informed after we have received your order.
Shipment within EU
We will ship the ecologically grown flower bulbs, seeds or plants from Natural Bulbs at the proper planting time for your area. Outside of the planting season, you can pre order your bulbs, which again will be shipped at the proper planting time. Inside of a planting season, we will ship your order within several days to a maximum of a week. The flower bulbs are shipped including insurance. We will inform you at first opportunity regarding unforeseen hick ups in availability or delivery. We carefully maintain our website and do anything within our reach to deliver the varieties and quality you ordered.
Prices and taxes
All consumer prices mentioned are inclusive of VAT and depending on your order volume inclusive or exclusive of shipping & handling charges. The price incl.VAT is dependent upon the taxes in your country. Once you've entered your address, you will see your exact rates.
Your privacy is important to us. Information is only used by the owner of Natural Bulbs in order to fulfil your order and if so desired keep you informed of gardening tips and new products in the future. We will never provide details to third parties.
Returns and damage during transit
For any purchase on the internet, you are granted a 14 working day review period. This means that you can inform us within 14 working days and then return the merchandise. Upon return, we will refund the value. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please scrutinize the packaging upon arrival. If it has incurred considerable damage (water, tearing, squashed), then you should refuse the parcel immediately. Should you accept a damaged parcel, then Natural Bulbs shall not be liable for transport damage.
Ordering is easy with naturalbulbs (.co.uk | .eu | .nl | and so on): add the chosen products to your cart with the buttons ‘buy’ or ‘add to cart’. You can then choose to continue shopping until ready to go to payment, to do so click 'proceed to checkout'. We invite you to create a customer account which enables you to review your order history for future reference. Alternatively, you can input your data as a guest. The various steps will lead you through to the final ordering and billing process.
It is possible to select the payment method of your choice, i.e. Master Card or Visa or Paypal, you will be redirected to a secure (https) environment. Such payment will lead to a direct debit of your card or bank account.
We urge you not to use bank transfer, while this causes us exhorbitant banking costs.
Updating your account
Should you wish to update your account details, you can do so by login on the website by entering your email address and password. See ´log in´ and then go to ´authentication´. This will lead you to your account details.

We are also a wholesale business. If you are a business and as soon as you use one of our volume propositions you are considered a business volume buyer.
In this case the sales conditions of our trade association Anthos apply to all agreements. The conditions of the contracting party are explicitly rejected, unless differently agreed in writing by both parties. You can simply read them by clicking below for a quick download.
