Something different in bloom every week for two months. That is the promise of this pack — and it is a promise backed up by the choice of varieties. Forty organic bulbs, five varieties, each with its own moment in spring. From the very first yellow crocuses in February to the fragrant white bells of the summer snowflake in May. Plant them in the autumn, then sit back and enjoy.
The five varieties and their blooming times
The yellow crocuses kick things off in February — fresh, early and immediately visible to the first bees. In March, the Scilla Siberica takes over with a carpet of azure blue. April belongs to Muscari armeniacum and the Thalia daffodil: a mix of blue and white, with the gentle scent of the Thalia as a bonus. And as the icing on the cake, the summer snowflake appears in May — large, white and with a scent of chocolate. Five varieties, two months, one pack.
Naturalising and bee-friendly
All five varieties in this pack are naturalising — they return every year and spread slowly. Good for the garden, and good for the bees, which find a continuous source of food throughout the spring. Plant the bulbs in the autumn in a sunny to lightly shaded spot. Plant each at the correct depth: crocuses at 8 cm, Scilla at 8 cm, Muscari at 8 cm, Thalia daffodils at 15 cm and summer snowflakes at 10 cm. Then cover lightly with soil. Organically grown, certified NL-BIO-01.
