The lesser burnet was once a common sight in monastery gardens due to its medicinal properties (Sanguisorba means ‘blood-stopper’), but now we see it not only in ornamental gardens but also in vegetable gardens. It turns out that its leaves are very tasty and refreshing in salads! The spherical flower spikes are clearly visible from May to July and bees love them!
Sanguisorba minor is organically grown and is supplied as a rooted plant in a 1-liter pot with plenty of ecological soil life.
