Broccoli sprouts are super healthy and full of antioxidants, but above all, they are very tasty! They have a mild flavor with a crunchy bite that goes well with everything. Use them as a garnish on soup, in a sandwich, or simply on a salad. Oh, and they're always great in a smoothie too!
