'Ficus Gustissimo Perretta' is a fig tree that bears fruit twice a year. This fig tree is very hardy while at the same time giving your garden a Mediterranean feel. Fig trees don't grow flowers: The fruit is the flower. Its leaves are hand shaped.

Figs are sweet and can be eaten immediately after picking. The figs are green-brown with dark red pulp. The figs arrive two years after planting. The figs will ripen better if the tree is protected during winter.

The 'Ficus Gustissimo Perretta' requires a shelterd and sunny place, preferably as warm as possible. Thus it grows best in a south facing garden.The tree grows quickly and without pruning can grow several meters tall. Are the branches too long? Then pruning is an option.
