What makes a Triumph tulip strong?

Triumph tulips are one of the hardiest groups in the tulip world — sturdy stems, compact flowers and a flowering period that outlasts other types. They are less susceptible to wind and rain than large hybrid tulips, and in a good spot they will return for several years. Planting and combining

Plant the bulbs in autumn, about 15 cm deep, in a sunny, well-drained spot. The ‘Strong Love’ is easy to combine — it works well alongside almost any other tulip colour and also complements early-flowering perennials or Muscari as ground cover.
