This cutflower grows on tall stems late spring and therefore attracts butterflies. Each stem supports up to 12 small florets which start out as a tube and then open up as the mature. Plant between lower perennials, so as to cover the foliage which tends to wither during flowering. Plant in fertile and slightly moist soil, however will not tolerate drenched soil. Tolerates mild winters, otherwise cover from hard frosts. 10 bulbs per pack (or select a value pack)
